Paytm — Wrong Pair of shoes and No communication by your side in this matter

I have order a pair of colombus PU black shoe size 7 from, but they delivered one of size 7 and other is size 6. I submit my complaint two times but they are not responding except a computer generated email i am receving where they are asking to keep patience, after having full price of shoe in their pocket and zero goods value to me.
