Paytm — wrong product attached to my electricity bill payment . | |||||
I have paid my electricity bill of Rs. 1000/- through Paytm wide order no [protected] dated[protected], But when I select for cash back with this purchase (which was displayed during my purchase) another voucher of Rs. 1000 was attached and deduction done of Rs. 2000/- from my account. I complaint about this several times to Paytm Care, but they said it is non refundable deal. However I have never been asked to check this purchase without certifying any T&C the voucher is attached to my electricity bill payment. I have no need of this voucher o[censored]ber and I am asking to cancel & refund of my amount but no action in this regard by Paytm. In one reply mail it is tell by Paytm resolved & refunded but no refund provided so far. But they are trying to tell as per T&C it is not refundable and never showed / agreed T&C from me. My dear Customer care I ordered wireless charger order after I cancelled but money refunded showing but money has not credit to my debit card what must do how much time it will take and resolve the problem.
