Paytm — Wrong Product Delivered, Extreme delay in action and Inovice contradiction between Paytm and seller

I have ordered lenovo g50-70 laptop(order number: [protected]) on 27th August 2015 for Rs.28490 of which Rs.4274 was recieved in paytm wallet as cashback offer. I received the product on 31 August 2015. once I found that wrong product was delivered (lenovo g50-80) which had no specifications as listed in the paytm website while ordering, I immediately raised a return request on 01 September 2015 at 12.25AM stating that wrong product has been delivered. Also, I found that the paytm invoice and the sellers invoice is totally contradicting as you can find in the attachment. There is not even a single product check before getting the ordered product to the customer. Paytm invoice is stating Lenovo g50-70 and seller's invoice representing lenovo g50-80, if in this case how can one claim warranty on any repairs. Paytm customer care sent only convincing messages but no single action has been taken now. All the mails representing that 'we have forwarded to concerned team it will take 24-48 hours' but it had been 4 days as of now despite sending all the proof images no proper resolution is taken. Yesterday(03-September-2015) they intimated me via mail that 'The courier partner will pick up the product from the mentioned delivery address within the next 5-7 days. In case of any delay, we will notify you within next 72 hours through an email. We will refund the money to your Paytm wallet or bank account after the item is picked & delivered to the seller' which is totally absurd where a customer has to wait for additional week to get his money and the total mistake is on the PAYTM and seller side not on my side but I have to wait unnecessarily. Post the resolution mentioned by them today(04-september-2015) again i received a mail stating 'Thanks for contacting us. With reference to your order number, I understand that you are not satisfied with the product quality. For a faster resolution, please share: 1. the images of the defective product 2. invoice and the packaging (inner/outer). Additionally, please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open or tampered with, when the product was delivered? Once you send us these details, we will escalate this & take it up with the concerned teams. Upon the required review & validation, we will refund your money. ' This is totally irresponsible way of service and a heavy loss for the customer and not the one who makes mistakes Additional Images can be sent through E-Mail Consequence: Below are the list of consequences I have undergone 1. Repeated calls to the customer care and getting only convincing words not an action part 2. Lost my mobile balance of almost Rs.200 in the process of calling their customer care and following with them 3. Rs.28490 has been given by me still undergoing so many difficulties in claiming it 4.Repeated mails to their customer care apart from my busy schedule I have to follow up with them Relief: Below are my demands 1. Replacement of the original product as mentioned in the product description in the paytm site while ordering(added in the attachment) or a refund of the Rs. 28490 to the bank account corresponding to the card through which I paid where Rs. 24216 would be the refund amount and Rs. 3402 is in my paytm wallet and Rs.872 of pending refund amount for another order (#[protected]). This sums up totally to Rs.28490 should be credited to my bank account without any service charge 3. Compensations for the burden or inconvenience I had undergone because of their service 4. heavy penalty on them to protect other customers from going through the same difficulty
