Paytm — Wrong Product delivered for the ORDER NO. [protected] | |||
The return request has been placed on 13th May and today is 23rd May, though i have been mailing Paytm to provide me an update on the issue since 14th May onwards. Hence, I have not received any update from Paytm. I ordered Spunk brand shoes and while order is delivered, which was old and torned Reebok Shoes. I have sent all the snaps of goods which was received at the time of delivery for their reference and as they requested. It is been very irritating and worst kind of customer service ever seen. As Paytm call themselves as India's most leading company to create online chain, after experiencing service from paytm website and customer service. Just by showcasing product and its features and providing discount Paytm minting money by providing wrong and outdated product while delivery. Paytm harrassing me by not providing any update on my order and still i am waiting for the product to be returned. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. I request fpr my money to be returned.
