Paytm — Wrong Size Helmet Delivered

Dear Sir, i have been order a Vega Helmet (SIZE-MEDIUM) in PAYTM website on 6 April, 2015 (Order Id No.[protected], and we have recieved this parcel on dated 13, April, 2015, but i have recieved Wrong Size(Small) Helmet from PAYTM, helmet is too tight for me.. and i was request to PAYTM for Return and he was accepted the request and promise that 7 working days he done the reverse pickup, but till date he is not pick up and also not refund my amount.. i was complain three time & today also complain, but not positive response from them, any time he wrote that "within 2 days your complain resolve" but after 2 days complete and problem is still that. so dear sir, please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
