Sir, yesterday on 4th march, i ordered for a rental of movie "sui dhaaga" against a rental charge of rs.40/-. The same has been deducted from my savings bank account but i have not been provided the ordered item.
The details of transactions using internet banking is as follows:- reference no. For transaction of rs.40/- from my savings account ending 4086 to times of money limited on 4th march 19 at 21.45 is [protected] igafobazl1.

Please look into the matter and kindly refund my amount at an early date. Thanking you.
