Paytmg — I have not refunded the amount rupees 720 in my bank account

I have booked three tickets which were bbs to ngp and vise versa and another ticket was bhc to bbs vide transaction details [protected], [protected], [protected] and cancelled it dated 16/10/2017 and rupees 335/- 335/- and 50/- respectively. Kindly refund my rupees. It was very unfotunate to say that fare is automatically refunded to the concerned account whenever the tickets get cancelled but it is very much sorry to say that it is different in your paytmg case. After lodging complain, i am not able to get back my money. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i shall not use paytmg further.
