Paytmg — regarding money refund.

I have booked the ticket from new delhi to kanpur on 19 th oct 2017 of gomti express 2s, but due to some personal problem i cancelled my ticket.
Irctc resfund status shows amount of rs. 110 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i dont have any paytime account, i have used rupey debit card of bank of india. I have verieifed the bank staff, they have confiremd money has not debited to my boi a/c [protected].
