Paytmg — Cashback not credited

I have 3 complaints against PayTM. The first one is I placed an order on 30th April on jabong.com but the cash back has not been credited to my account. Next is I recharged for Rs. 315 on 9th June airtel but benefits not received. On 11 th June cash back of Rs 200 was credited in my account but was withdrawn without my consent.

I booked a ticket from delhi to durgapur, but due some reason i cancelled just after booking on 09.10.2017, on irctc website it shows it refunded to paytmg bank, where as i had paid it through sbi atm card. I did not get my refund back.i also raise the complain against this on irctc.but no help received yet.

I have booked train ticket which i cancelled
Transaction id : [protected]
Cancellation id : [protected]

This amount has been refunded by IRCTC. However it is not refunded back into my account. Could you please refund this amount
