Paytmg — waiting for refund of irctc ticket cancellation amount

I've cancelled my tickets on november 30th. Payment was done by debit card. So i was expecting the refund direct to the account. Irctc refund status shows that the amount is refunded on december 4th. But actually it's not done. And the bank is paytmg. Where should i contact for refund?
I've booked tickets for amrutsar to nagpur. But then my plan was changed. So cancelled the tickets. That's why i'm seeking the refund earliest, as i've to book tickets for further tour with the help of refund money.
