[Resolved] Paytmg — IRCT Cancellation Amoun not creidited to my A/c

Hi,

I have booked the ticket from KACIGUDA -Hyderabad to Bangalore on 12 th Jan 2017 night because tickets were wait listed, i cancelled the tickets on the same day..

IRCTC refund status shows Amount of Rs. 5260 has been refunded, BANK NAME is PAYTMG, but i dont have any Paytime account, i have used Rupe debit card of CANARA BANK Electronic city Bangalore to book the ticket... I have verieifed the BANK staff, they have confiremd money has not debited to my SB A/c[protected]

Details of cancelled ticket:
Transaction ID [protected], Cancellation ID [protected]

Sir mera amount 700 ki tickets banayi par mene use cancel ki par Abhi take us ticket Ka refund amount nahi mila

I have cancelled my confirmed ticket pnr no[protected] vide transaction id no
[protected] date of cancellation 19/09/2017.I am not having any paytm account.KIndly send the amount to my sbi a/c sbi chapra bazar branch.kindly confirm on my email id [protected]@yahoo.com or to my mobile no.
