waiting for refund of irctc ticket cancellation amount

I've cancelled my tickets on november 30th. Payment was done by debit card. So i was expecting the refund direct to the account. Irctc refund status shows that the amount is refunded on december 4th. But actually it's not done. And the bank is paytmg. Where should i contact for refund?

I have booked three tickets which were bbs to ngp and vise versa and another ticket was bhc to bbs vide transaction details [protected], [protected], [protected] and cancelled it dated 16/10/2017 and rupees 335/- 335/- and 50/- respectively. Kindly refund my rupees. It was very unfotunate to say that fare is automatically refunded to the concerned account whenever the tickets get cancelled but it is very much sorry to say that...

regarding money refund.

I have booked the ticket from new delhi to kanpur on 19 th oct 2017 of gomti express 2s, but due to some personal problem i cancelled my ticket.
Irctc resfund status shows amount of rs. 110 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i dont have any paytime account, i have used rupey debit card of bank of india. I have verieifed the bank staff, they have confiremd money has not debited to my boi a/c [protected]....

IRCT Cancellation Amoun not creidited to my A/c

I have booked the ticket from KACIGUDA -Hyderabad to Bangalore on 12 th Jan 2017 night because tickets were wait listed, i cancelled the tickets on the same day..

Cashback not credited

I have 3 complaints against PayTM. The first one is I placed an order on 30th April on jabong.com but the cash back has not been credited to my account. Next is I recharged for Rs. 315 on 9th June airtel but benefits not received. On 11 th June cash back of Rs 200 was credited in my account but was withdrawn without my consent....
