Paytmmall — paytm mall - damage product delivered and return pick up not attempting | |||||
Respected sir / madam, I have an account with paytmmall as a customer and want to raise a complaint about the paytm mall order delivered with 5 days delay (Gati courier) and the product is damaged. Paytm mall product order id :[protected], photographs taken and sent to paytm mall for return and they approved for return, since 10 days no courier partner given call for pickup or came to collect the product, Paytm mall taking a very long time for this issue to resolve, customer support team is not making hard efforts to resolve the problems. My order from paytm mall is delivered in damaged state. I have feedback from my last conversation with customer below. I have raised six (6 -8) complaints to paytm mall customer service after i received the damaged delivered item, 10 (Ten) days i waited and no courier pickup has taken place by paytm mall, Customer executives or the escalation team specialist (Team leader or supervisor) raising the tickets for issues but they are not resolving the issue since 10 days. I've added a screenshots with this email where it shows the product was delivered and return pickup with confused status everyday by paytmmall. The tickets raised by executives and team leaders since 10 days are below: [protected]sanya-4th july 2019 (1st time raised this reference number and kept status in their systems "closed" in less than 30 minutes) [protected] anvidha-5th july 2019 (1st time raised this reference number for delhivery courier pick up) [protected] rashmi - 6th july 2019 -10 am called (2nd time forwarded the issue on same reference number) [protected] vinod (Executive) - 6th july 2019 -10am called, [protected] himanshu (Team leader) - 6th july 2019 [protected] _seema (Executive) -7th july 2019 (3rd time forwarded the issue on same reference number) [protected] shadab (Team leader)- 7th july 2019 7) 8th july 2019 sanya (Executive forwaded to team leader (Chandrajit) - he disconnectedd the call and not resolved the issue) I'm very much unhappy the type of service paytm mall providing at delivery stage (5 days delays by gati courier) and return pickup (10 days delays) and rude behavior of team leaders when asking to solve the complaint. I want to convey this message or complaint to nodal officer and consumer forum. I would definitely like to take a legal advice on this and come after you if my case is not resolved with a good will.
