I have cancelled the redbus ticket. I haven't got refund amount to my account till now.. I received the below message 10 days before. Please refund the amount accordingly. Your refund request of rs 416.50 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days. I did a transaction from Payuib on 17 August 2018 ie today: whose reference no. [protected] . I filled a form in ignou open university for bsc programme and deducting 4400 rs. from my hdfc account but the amount is not reaching to ignou open university due to my form is imcompleted plzz refund my money as soon as possible or contact to me

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
