Payzapp — for refund | |||
My contact details and email address are : [protected]/[protected]@gmail.com I have booked two different tickets from this payzapp app. One was on 2nd november which from hyderabad to patna. Name - ms shagufta shahbi Order id -[protected] Booking partner was clear trip The flight was spice jet. Airline pnr - ydjwyg Ticket pnr - ydjwyg And second one was on 3rd november from hyderabad to patna. Name - mohd kamran shafi Order id -[protected] Booking partner was clear trip The flight was spice jet Airline pnr - tbz4qm Ticket pnr - tbz4qm One ticket was done by credit card and another one was done by debit card. Due to some issue the spice jet has cancelled my ticket and refunded the money to the agent (Cleartrip) on 12th of december. But i have not got any refund from the payzapp The customer care is not responding. I have send mails with all the information still there is no response. I have sent query forms. I have written complaints in the review section still there is no reply from them. And there is no information about any refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
