Payzapp — money not sent to my sbi bank from payzapp | |||
Hi sir/madam, I have added rs:500 in my payzapp on 14 sep 2017 and i want to send that money to my sbi bank account but money has not credited to my bank account and even though it is not showing in my payzapp also, i am trying to contact Payzapp customercare they are not attending the calls also please help me out to get my money back to my account Regards Gabbar jadav [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I did a transaction from payzapp on 04/09/2017, in which I tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so I entered wrong account number that account number was not opened, but the transaction was success, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.

I made transaction of rs.5000 to my Union Bank savings account on 20/09/17, transaction failed but amount debited from Payzapp wallet. Still it's not received back.
I am trying to reach this no.:[protected] but it is not connecting.
When I will get the refund?..Please need response immediately.
