[Resolved] Payzapp — Online transaction | |||||
Transaction done on 31st may through Payzapp app to recharge my tatasky account of amount 3773 after that i check my card is deducted but tatasky haven't received that amount. i talked with payzapp support and even tatasky support they said wait for 5working days if amount is deducted you will receive refund from cyber. after that again paysapp said the transaction is successful from their end and talk with tatasky and tatasky said they havent received such amount. i have attached proof of mail from tatasky. now on june 24 payzapp created complain and said with for 5days we look into this matter and solve it. all i waited for 5days as said in mail Complain Number : LW-53174 Amount : INR 3773/- MRN : MVISA[protected]hdBLI Order Description :[protected]qI37xO6 RRN :[protected] its now 10days still i havnt got my refund please refund my money or else i take some other action worst service and worst support from you. please solve my issue asap Transaction date 31st may...its more then a month now still you havent resolve the issue just blaming on each other.
