I have ordered an Baby Pink anarkali (Order No-YRCH1621 ) from peachmode( Rs 1045/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. all the times phone is either ringing or out of service. even i have mailed once to take this anarkali back but no response from your side . Please make arrangement for the same .

Yes u r correct. Same problem hear I order anarkali dress TRK#[protected] RS.(795). It is also the low quality was really bad as compared to what they are showing on her site and colour is also different.

I have ordered crimson red saree Idno[protected]. The saree is same but I had problem with the blouse which I received in plain. But in the pic you have given it as floral printed. That is why I want to return the product.

I got anarcali dress (uv71893crmpink) from peach mode online shopping. but i dint like the quality of the product that's why i return that product on 11 Feb 2016 but still i dint get any refund or any voucher of Rs 795. i called the costumer care many times and they replied as like we sent a mail having the voucher of 795 rupees to your mail ID. but i dint get any mail from peach mode from the date of booking the product. so please refund my money or send any voucher of 795 rupees as soon as possible.

I ordered a Royal blue anarkali ORDER NO:[protected] of price 1045/- . The design and the material of the dress is not as shown online . I'm not satisfied with the delivered dress. As per the information given on your website I request you to take back the product for an exchange as soon as possible so that I can order another dress as a replace to it . please do the needful .
