Peachmode — Return of product

I have ordered an green anarkali (Order No[protected] from peachmode( Rs 1045/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. all the times phone is either ringing or out of service. even i have mailed once to take this anarkali back but no response from your side . Please make arrangement for the same .

 

I have ordered shradha kapoor pink georgette n net anarkali ( order no.[protected] frm peachmode Rs1045/- but the quality is very cheap n color is also different. So I want to return it n request u to refund the price as soon as possible.

not good as viewed in picture

I have ordered lime yellow lehangaPeachmode #[protected]RS-1045/-)but the quality was very bad as compared to what you are showing in website.total design is completely different what you have showed in website.when I put return you are not responding at all.I called so many times and I put a mail so many times.please refund my money or send vocher of 1045/- please respond this.

I order dark maroon anarkali dress my order code is[protected] this dress is not better as per your side photo so please return my dress and give me my paid money otherwise I have to take action about your side in public sector and close your side all time

I ordered red anarkali suite which costed me 945.
just 10min before i received it, the qaility of the dress is worst then a 200rs dress.
i would like to return it back, and if not possible returning.give me my money back.
very disappointing.Its a popular site and you guys are providing low quality dress.
refund my amount.

I ordered a combo pack of patiala dress and received on 17.10.2016, vide your delivery order no. S[protected] dated 10.10.2016. I found some black spots in one of cloth. So I want to return these materials & refund my money as per your return rule. It is my request please do the needful as early as possible.

On 22nd I had also lodge a complaint regarding this. One of your personel phoned me to collect, but no response.
Look in to the matter.
