Extremely rude doctor Nivedita who called me this morning and threatened me that she will cancel my order. I have already uploaded my prescription with the order and she was shouting on the phone that I haven’t done so. I have also uploaded a picture for reference.

Pharmeasy delivery is not proper. We have complaint to pharmeasy escalation team, then they ensure me order will be delivered today. But still not delivered. Very poor management....

I had booked a RT PCR test(D2095068) from the pharmeasy app on 5th July, although the sample was collected from my house, the technician ended up cancelling the order on the app and that's how the confusion started.I was then asked to raise a fresh order stating that the previous order was cancelled and that the refund for that order will automatically be initiated hence i raised a fresh order and the payment was done but i am still waiting...

Pharmeasy Thyrocare has sent inexperienced and uncertified Technician to collect blood sample for my 8 yrs old kid. The technician was not able to do the job and as a result of my son had to go through a severe painful experience with loss of blood dropped on the floor and on his clothes.
