Dear Madam,

I had requested for couple of tests for my 2 of the family members along with the prescription that was uploaded in the App at the time of booking and it was for cash on delivery service.

Mr. Vinod Pal from pharmeasy came to my house for blood sample collection on 25.09.22. Since then I have pain in my hand where he injected and also black spots. I am continuously applying ice, but cannot see any difference. I have raised complaints twice but no proper solution. My complaint no. are 17548121 and 17559820. I want my money back....

I ordered some medicine on 11th of Sept Nd still its not delivered, even called so many times but they are only exceeding the date and now asking me to cancell the order and thats because its getting beyond 7 days of the complaint raise. Even they are not ensuring that the order will deliver or not. So plz do the needfull.

    They have literally stolen INR 8000 from me. They are not accepting returns of medicines on the 10th day of delivery just because the 7 day delivery window is closed.

        Bought New Tummy Soft on 7th Sept 2022 alongwith other products
        On opening found Top of Bottle was Broken.Informed PharmEasy and ordered for another Bottle
        When they came to collect broken Bottle realized there was a mismatch in serial number on Bottle and in invoice.Now their Escalation team claims they Did Not Supply the product as there is mismatch in serial number.Will Someone ask them Why I Should Buy Two Bottles from them and another one from some other retailer when the prescribed dosage is for Only 5 days ...
        Bottom Line Don't But from PharmEasy they are Cheats

          My email to them

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          W.r.t my order dated: 20/08/2022, vide order no:[protected], I did order the medicines worth Rs. 1017.65 (Total Bill Amount). The amount was paid twice, and I have not received the proper refund.

          I have contacted customer care number 3 times and they didn't bother to listen and look into the matter. I tried to explain to them but they didn't listen.

          Kindly find below the calculation for the same.

          Bill Amount 1017.65
          Less: Pharmeasy Wallet Cash 75.00

          Net Payable 942.65
          Less: Paid via Google Pay UPI 942.60
          Less: Paid Cash on Delivery 943.00
          (Refer Note 1)

          Paid Extra -942.95
          (amount eligible for Refund)

          Add: Refund Received 868.00

          Money still receivable -74.95
          Round figure 75.00

          Note 1: After placing the order, I made the payment via Google pay on the next day, by that time the delivery boy came to deliver the medicine saying the order is now converted to COD. I confirm from customer care, they directed me to make cash payment and assured me that i will get the refund of whatever amount is PAID by me i.e. Rs. 942.60 via Google pay.

          The issue is the refund which was issued to me was adjusted after Pharmeasy wallet cash Rs. 75 which is a wrong calculation. I have shown the calculation above.

          The issue is being going since 10 days, the customer care executive are not ready to understand the basic maths. they say that, out of 943 we have given 75 in wallet and rest we have paid you, thats it.

          How can they compel me to accept lower amount then i pay them that too duplicate transaction.
          I can understand their policy in case where there is returns or order cancelation that they can hold back something in wallet but in case of duplicate payment, how can they compel us to accept lower amount.

          this amounts to cheating.

            I had got my medicine order[protected] for Mintop Forte. The outside package was fine, even the inside package of Mintop seemed fine. But to my shock, the minoxidil bottle inside the package had been punctured and minoxidil liquid has been drained out of it. I am not sure what kind of quality checks do these guys have in place? It is such a frustrating experience for me.

            After sending the above mail there was no acknowledgement...

              I had placed medicine order (Order ID:[protected] on 22nd August, 2022. Payment was made as Prepaid.
              The order was showing to be delivered by 24th or 25th August, 2022.
              But w.e.f. 25th August, 2022, everyday the status of the Order remains the same i.e. in Transit. Complaint was also raised with Pharmeasy Helpline (Complaint No:[protected]. But response still remains the same. Pharmeasy team itself is saying that they can not commit for the delivery date. I had to purchase the medicines from after market at MRP. I want Pharmeasy to deliver the medicine order as soon as possible & compensate me for the monetary loss incurred by me during purchase of medicines from after Market.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a customer of Pharmeasy for the last 2.5 years. I hope you believe honesty/trust is the most important crux of the e commerce business.
                I am facing a peculiar situation. I have ordered Rs. 1884.50 worth of medicines and a face mask on 22.08.2022 under order ID[protected]. I took the sealed cover of pharmeasy and paid cash. After opening the cover I found an empty packet cover of mask and actual mask found in the packet. I have raised complaints with the delivery person as well as customer care for a refund for the product not delivered. Your customer care is unable to resolve the issue because of your business partner's lies. My refund is not initiated till I am writing to you. I have raised a ticket no. 17230225 on 22.08.2022. No resolution so far.

                Please tell me how you resolve this issue when the product is not delivered and you are sitting on our cash. How do we trust pharmeasy in future deliveries????

                  I understand your concern in regards to order #[protected]-12958.

                  I truly understand your concern and disappointment caused to you. However, as confirmed earlier,
                  we show the "out of stock" tab only when the medicine is not able to be arranged through us. The medicine SULFORYL MV 1MG STRIP OF 10 TABLETS is currently not in stock with our partner retailer. Our partner retailer tried to arrange it from other distributors, however, was not successful. We assure you that this shortfall in your order would have occurred only if the partner retailer has exhausted all possible alternatives to source the unavailable medicine.

                  There is a possibility that the required medicine was in stock at the time of placing the order. However, due to the high inflow of orders, the partner retailer has exhausted the stock of this particular medicine. Please note, the reason for this shortfall is the generic unavailability of this particular medicine with our partner retailer or other retailers in the vicinity. I request you to place an order again after 7 days for the same medicine.

                  As a token of apology, we have credited Rs.50 to your PharmEasy wallet. To check your PharmEasy Wallet balance, go to the accounts section and click on the Wallet section to see the balance amount. This amount does not have an expiry, and you can use the same in your next order.

                      These people are real fraudsters 3 times they changed delivery timings really useless customers support pathetic delivery guys keep customers money encourage yo take membership but cheat customers badly i am insulin dependent and was not able to eat food due to this nonsense and when i complained no one is there yo help in case something happens to me my family will sue pharmeasy

                          I have received the prevenar 13 with other medicines yesterday, today I went to doctor for vaccinations of my baby, when doctor opened the package different medicine was found, which was a eye drop. where I got surprised that how it can happen with such a reputable company, last time also I had placed the same medicine which was good so I was not having any doubts with medicine quality and genuineness, one more thing I want to add if you check the package also you will find some brown spots (as in the picture attached)on the opening side of box where it seems that
                          medicine was opened and replaced and pasted the box again. This brown spot could be seen only after opening, hence I could not trace such fraud at early stage till my pediatrician opened the box today.

                          So I have selected the option of wrong item delivered as it was only available and mentioned the same to delivery boy and in the app that I have received different medicine than the medicine I ordered for.

                          Also the vendor have picked up the medicines and he is denying to return the product and refund my money, even the product was picked up but no action have taken on this matter i will be attaching the photos regarding the same

                            Yesterday (01/08/2022) I had given order of following medicines which had been also delivered yesterday. Medicines were: 1. Losar 50 -4 leaves; 2. Amlokind 5 - 2 leaves; 3. Rosavel 10 - 3 leaves. 4. Lasma 10 - 3 leaves, and 5. Ageless Tab - 3 leaves.

                            I had duly uploaded the prescription.

                            Problem is the following. The Invoices of the medicines that had been sent are totally in a mess - wrong doctor's name, wrong patient name, and often these are not matching. This invoice is totally absurd and has nothing to do with. I need to submit the correct invoices as soon as possible.
                            SO PLEASE ARANGE TO SEND THE CORRECT INVOICES AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.

                                I have ordered medicine for my wife (Mansi Darji) as per doctors recommendation on 24-Jul-2022 on PharmEasy with Order ID[protected] and amount 379 INR (product price 304 INR and Delivery charge 75 INR). On the next day I received medicines in damaged conditions. Hence I called to service center to inform about damaged product. The representative confirmed to take return of medicine. After that on 29-Jul-2022 the service provider verify and take return the product.

                                On the same day 29-Jul-2022 the system message received from the PharmEasy of return amount 304 INR only. They have not returned delivery charges. As a prestige towards the business grow such company has to return customers so hard earn money in return for their fault.

                                How can be the merchant keep any customers money for the product he didn't give? I believe it is total injustice to the middle class people of India.

                                I as a loyal Tax Payer of India, request you to help me to take out my money and fine the firm against its dirty game of giving damaged products and earning through non returning delivery charges.
