Discount not applied properly while ordering medicine

I was trying to order medicine. It said KBCWIN coupan applied (25% discount on first order), however discount applied was 15% only.

Also, there is no adjustment of available cashback from the amount payable.

Please look in to the matter.

Pharmeasy Diagnostic

I booked an RT-PCR Test from their lab. Order ID- D749636. Sample collected on 15th Sep 2021. Reports were available on 16th Sep 2021. However, reports do not show the result as positive or negative. It says sample not passed.

I escalated the issue on 16th Sep 2021. They advised to wait for an update. They suggested for a repeat sample collection. However, I explained them clearly that this test was done for a flight purpose...

Delay in blood test

I booked for some medical tests yesterday from PharmEasy(booking order Id - D745449). The medical tests were blood sugar(PP), Uric acid, Potassium serum, sodium serum. Did not deliver my medicines

I ordered some medicines for my grandparents . Pharmeasy app showed the delivery to be done in 3 days but they kept on delaying it over a week and at the end when we called they said we will have to pickup from the nearest branch. Then why the hell I paid the delivery charges. Moreover my grandparents are I'll . If they could go to the branch then couldn't they go to medical store themselves. Accu chek instant blood glucose meter not received

Amount Double

I purchased tablets from pharmeasy. First they deliver me wrong tablets and my money was refund into my vallet. On my next order they charged me double amount of medicine, when I find about this they told me to tell another number, we will order you from this number they said. From my phone they were charging me double amount. I don't find it Genuine....

D652906 Incomplete & Pending Diagnostic Test Reports - Unsupportive Customer Care - Ticket No 10370050

PharmEasy has failed to deliver the test reports for order id D652906 even after the TAT of 48 hours is over.
I just have a pattial report being sent across that has just very few tesr results & all other tests & profiles included in that package are still missing. Additionally I have received a message stating I''ll now get my pending report on 15th Aug 21, that is post 72 hours since sample collection....

My order was Diabecon 60tabs 2nos. Delivered one Diabecon and other Gasex. Replace Gasex with Diabecon 60tabs....
