Firstly on the 22nd Nov, I had ordered the Pulse Oximeter from Pharmeasy and returned the same the next day i.e., 23rd Nov as it was not working. Then again I had ordered the Oximeter on the 3rd Dec and again the same was returned on the 5th Dec as this also was not working...I spoke to the customer care executive & explained them my issue & they said next time it won't happen. After all this discussion, I again ordered the Oximeter on the 9th Dec, but...the same thing...it doesn't even work for a day...I am really frustrated with this kind of service.. Also, I had requested them to refund my money in the bank account provided instead of the wallet, as I will not be using Pharmeasy anymore.

Request others to please think twice before ordering anything from this app..

    I had tests done through pharmeasy on ~10th Nov [Order #935933].
    I had not provided one of the samples and report for that was anyways attached.
    So, I was not sure if the report was correct.
    I raised the concern and asked them to look into this.
    They were not able to provide resolution or confirmation for several days so later I asked them to refund my money as this report was useless and I had to get tested again.
    This also they are keeping me in the dirt without resolution.
    Every call they keep saying this is very high priority ticket and they will give me resolution in 24hours but they are still not able to either give confirmation on reports validity or refund my money.

    I have been following up again and again and they are not even refunding the money.
    After 1 month they cant have any conclusion on the validity of reports and that is why asked for refund.
    I have to anyways now get tested as this report is useless.

      I have ordered 2 No. Just tears eye drop boxes for upliftment of my health, but unfortunately only 1 no. Just tears eye drop box has been recieved despite being paid in full for 2 number boxes... I am feeling this is sheer injustice.

      Your goodeself is requested to look into this and revert at an earliest.

        I placed an order for my father's medicine. Got a call from soo called the fake doctor for confirming an order. He informed the ordered medicine is not available hence we will replace it with a substitute that has the same composition. I always trusted PharmEasy and had more than 100 orders placed however I just went to check the composition and use of the replaced medicine and it was completely for different use. PharmEasy dealing in medicine should be a little more responsible as its dealing with people's life. What if I would have not checked and something wrong would have happened to my father. order num- M47264974

          We got blood test from pharmeasy. Found most of the reports wrong. I had to get the tests repeated with other labs for proper report and treatment.

            I had ordered medicines on Nov 25 and they promised to deliver on 26 and then they cancelled the order on 27.
            Is this how medicines are delivered in India?
            Giving false assurances of delivery.

              Invoice no. : C[protected] dated[protected].

              This is with ref to above order no, We ordered some medicines along with PROHANCE MOM powder through Pharmeasy App. Medicines are delivered by Jadhav Chemist (A-6(i), Shree Krishna, Woolen mill Sonapur Lane, LBS Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai 400078). But when we opened the box we found many death cockroaches inside the PROHANCE MOM powder.

              This is really very serious matter and I want log the complaint against Pharmeasy App, Sun Pharma and Jadhav Chemist.

              My wife is a 8 months pregnant and suppose something is happens to her or her baby due to the this dangers powder, then who will be the responsible for the same.

              I want complete action against the Pharmeasy App, sun pharmaceutical ind. ltd., Tirupati Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and Jadhav Chemist.

                I had ordered for 8 items vide order no. M43387798. 7 items were delivered to us on 12th Oct 2021. I was told by the delivery boy that the 8th item - Pediasure 750gm would come next. We haven't received this item yet. Now the customer care tells me that since it has been more than 10 days, they would not help with the issue. The value for this missing item is INR 964.

                    I have honour to inform you that on 12 October 2021 i ordered a product at pharmeasy.My order number is---- M43327722.This order is reached before on expected date.Due to Durga Puja vaccation i was not able to received my product on 15 October 2021.i informed to the pharmeasy that due to Durga Puja vaccation i was not able to received my product on 15 October so i requested pharmeasy to deliver my product on Monday 18 October 2021.my expected delivery is 18 October 2021 .just a little while ago i spoke with the delivery boy when he deliver my product? But immediately he told me that he will not deliver my product .He will cancel my product .so i kindly request to pharmeasy please deliver my product immediately.it's a urgent madecine for me.

                          I placed the order Oct 5 2021 and expecting delivery on Oct 8 .Due to illness of my family member I was not able to track it .
                          When I open my order on Oct 10 it was marked Delivered and I did not received my order
                          On contacting customer care they were saying on behalf of policy we will not refund your money since you contact us after 2 days

                          Pharmeasy can you please tell are you posting your policy on Tv ads or website or mobile home page
                          How we know about this??

                          Just think some one died in some one family and they went out to join the funeral and returned back and contact you after 2 days around this problem. you will say you will not help because you contact us after two days

                          Just talk logically, your customer care just fading your image with your customer

                          Thank you for your quick followup, today Pharmeasy send his delivery boy and he informed me that he delivered the order on wrong address and mark it delivered Delivery boy is new in this area and accept his mistake .He was very kind and returned my order which contained all my required items My problem is resolved Thanks to this forum and pharmeasy for your quick action Small request to pharmeasy please guide your customer care people before denying for anything in terms of policy they should rethink Every problem have solution and can be solved if they can try from their end

                            Medicines are delivered late or not at all delivered.
                            This time I tried ordering glucometer - Dr Morpean BG03 and it got cancelled. The next day Pharmeasy customer support team ordered this for me and it got cancelled. When you call pharmeasy they make you more confused, for some of them this item is available and for others its not. I checked it again and saw that it available but with increased prices now.
                            These are certainly highly unethical business practices by Pharmeasy and their partners.
                            Dear bothers and sisters please take care of this while ordering medicines from pharmeasy.

                              I was trying to order medicine. It said KBCWIN coupan applied (25% discount on first order), however discount applied was 15% only.

                              Also, there is no adjustment of available cashback from the amount payable.

                                I booked an RT-PCR Test from their lab. Order ID- D749636. Sample collected on 15th Sep 2021. Reports were available on 16th Sep 2021. However, reports do not show the result as positive or negative. It says sample not passed.

                                I escalated the issue on 16th Sep 2021. They advised to wait for an update. They suggested for a repeat sample collection. However, I explained them clearly that this test was done for a flight purpose and the patient is no longer available to provide a fresh sample. They have left for the hometown. Hence, please refund my money as I have not availed your services.

                                They escalated the issue further for a refund. Today one of the Agent informed that they will not refund my money and the decision is final. There is no further escalation.

                                I feel cheated as they made me wait for 10 days for a resolution, took my money and did not gave the correct report. I need my money back with full compensation for the harassment and mental torture.

                                  I booked for some medical tests yesterday from PharmEasy(booking order Id - D745449). The medical tests were blood sugar(PP), Uric acid, Potassium serum, sodium serum. No lab technician came yesterday to collect blood samples and did not provide any information. I have to find out about this by calling customer care again and again. The patient has been waiting since yesterday morning to give a blood sample. Customer Care later informed that for some reason the lab technician could not come to collect the blood sample And my booking is going to be rescheduled today. The same thing happened again today. No lab technician came today to collect blood samples and no information was given. Calling the lab technician to whom the PharmEasy app has been assigned, it was learned that he will not come today. Customer Care informed that my booking was rescheduled again. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow where I have to submit test reports Which is no longer possible for your negligence. After many calls to customer care, the only response i can get is that there is some technical glitch that's why it's taking time. My complaint is regarding such negligence in the service from a reputed pathology centre. Since it's involved health thing, it's quite irresponsible to delay the blood test and report generation.

                                    I ordered some medicines for my grandparents . Pharmeasy app showed the delivery to be done in 3 days but they kept on delaying it over a week and at the end when we called they said we will have to pickup from the nearest branch. Then why the hell I paid the delivery charges. Moreover my grandparents are I'll . If they could go to the branch then couldn't they go to medical store themselves. Why the hell would I have need to order it from pharmeasy fake promises.
                                    It's worst service ...

                                        Of the medicines was notified that they will be delivered by 10 pm on 29/08/2021. Regret to inform that the delivery was rescheduled at your end that the delivery will be before 10, pm
                                        On 30/08/2021.

                                        Please refer our earlier order no.M20346266 . In this your
                                        Associate dealer said after the scheduled date only after our contacting
                                        Said that the area is not their jurisdiction
                                        And advised us to cancel the order.

                                        Under these circumstances please let us
                                        Know how can we depend on your service. We both are aged.

                                        Please confirm the supply status by return mail as there is no change after 28th in your tracking information.
