Medicines order cancelled without proper consent

Hi team,

I have ordered and paid the money for ordered medicines on Pharmeasy mainly for arthritis leg pain. It was emergency and asked to deliver at address mentioned without further delay as it was remote and getting medicines is quite tiresome for the lady to move around.
But the Pharmeasy courier boy dint deliver with absurd reasons and due to delay the lady got admitted in hospital for full day unable to tolerate...

Selling malpractices and delay in delivery of life saving drugs

I have been PharmEasy customer for last 3 years. For last 6 months, I have been observing, whenever I place an order for a list of medicines, I receive call from a sales guy. Caller introduces as doctor or pharmacist, I don't think they really are, as in our country doctors and pharmacists have better things to do. The sales guy suggests alternate medicines (guess, they have better margin for those) citing unavailability of original items.br...

False Commitment

Hi,

I have ordered my Anti-Diabetic Medicines on 19th April I was shown the delivery of 23rd April but till now medicines are not delivered yet. I am regularly taking follow ups since 23rd April 2022 daily they are give me false promise to deliver the medicines today evening.

Diabetes 360 Program Subscription

No lab assistant was sent

I had booked an appointment yesterday for a 8 to 9am slot for today that is 19th April. My name is Priya Warekar. I was given the number of the lab tech but she did not come to my place. I have repeatedly called and booked my complaint but there is no response. I have also made payments for the test.

Repeated promotional sms daily

Iam receiving thier sms it is irrelevant and irrritaing to delete every day. consumer care or any other number doesn't connect at all to place this complaint or customer care email has not solved this issue....

Extra Order delivered

I ordered a healthcare product from PharmEasy and I0 received it. But the day after I received the same product again and when I was seeking for returning both the products as I don't needed both of them, their site is not working. I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible and I would be able to return both the product sooner and get my money back....

Hi there,

I have booked a comprehensive full body test for my father some days back. His blood and urine sample was taken on 6th April 2022 7 am by the assigned person. After this the reports needs to be generated and send to me in 24 hours but now they are sending me a blank PDF. I spoke to customer care team multiple times and they are still not resolving the issue.

Receiving too many promotional sms not relevant to me

Incorrect report

I, Sougat Ghosh had done a booking for me (cbc, fasting sugar and hb1ac)and my wife (cbc, fasting sugar, hb1ac and “Food intolerance”. I have received my report, however haven’t received her report .worth about 8000/-. I received someone else report by the name of Vinod (M/45) attached.

I have raised complaints on call centre atleast 3 times and over 12 emails in the last 3 days. It is disgusting that no one is listening...

Fake company and fake commitment

I really want some legal actions to be taken against this company for playing with customers health. By showing they have delivered order and they don't. I don't understand how such company gets license for supplying medicine to clients. They should be banned . And i will see thru it if it's not fixed i will file a court case on this. Today if we ignore this kind of company Tmrw might be possible someone might loose his life due to medicine...

Medicine not delivered and they send me msg medicine delivered

I ordered some medicine online from pharmeasy. I am a high blood pressure patient and have to regularly consume my medicine on time. I ordered medicine from pharmeasy 3 days. The medicine were supposed to be delivered by 26 or 27th March 2022. But they didn't delivered.. now Tmrw i won't be able to consume my medicine as i am out of stock. And yesterday i received a MSG from pharmeasy they have kept their promise and medicine has been delivered....

pharmeasy delivery boy unprofessional service

My order was directly cancelled by courier person giving falls details saying due to covid reason .Do you even have the professionalism that medicine for the patient is cancelled by delivery person giving fasle information and he calls one ring and when i told him to wait where he called us 5 kms from where i was and when i rechd there delivery person not there . Very disappointment never faced this kind of service pharmeasy infact few days...
