I have ordered Nestle resource high protein (5 Nos.) for my wife who is patient but Pharmeasy delivered wrong one instead of I have ordered and product which they have shown on their portal which can be harmful for my wife. I have raise return request and after that I have not received the complete amount (they refund for 4nos. instead of 5Nos). I also requested the refund in to my bank account but they refund for one in my bank account and for 3nos in to pharmeasy wallet.

    This is to inform you that I unfortunately used your services for my wife to get kidney stone removed in indore.

    I was misguided by your agents called Athar, Ankit and Shiv.

    I was quoted some amount but was stuck with extra amount to pay.

    The behavior was the worst when dealing with the agents. They were rude. When trying to confirm what was said to me with the agent Athar, he shouted on me literally and cut off the call in between.

    I declare that i won't be using your services again by swearing on my grave.

    Pathetic, disappointing, worst kind of services received and a waste of time and effort by taking services from you all.

    Your agents need to be sheer professional and well trained. They need to learn some manners while dealing with patients as the industry is medical so you all need to understand how to behave with the patients.

    I will mention this on social media as well and will not recommend you all to anyone ever.

      I received damaged medicines from PharmEasy. However, my return request was rejected stating that the batch no. of the returned medicine does not match with the invoice. So it turns out that I was sent damaged medicine and deliberately wrong batch number was mentioned in the invoice so that I won't be able to return it.

          Sir this is to inform you that, i placed order for my mother medicine for three months on 19th april 2022 and my order number is M58823199 & 58823295 total value approx 4000/- and due to emergency illness of my mother, i consulted my doctor immediately and he told to immediately discontinue the medicine and for futher he suggested different lab test and medicines.
          so i requested to pharmeasy customer care to kindly return my medicine or replace with prescribed new medicine, but he totally ignored and denied
          but sir i am belonging to small family and i have a big value of my money
          so kindly take a action from your end and help me.

                    Hi team,

                    I have ordered and paid the money for ordered medicines on Pharmeasy mainly for arthritis leg pain. It was emergency and asked to deliver at address mentioned without further delay as it was remote and getting medicines is quite tiresome for the lady to move around.
                    But the Pharmeasy courier boy dint deliver with absurd reasons and due to delay the lady got admitted in hospital for full day unable to tolerate the pain and her bp got increased.
                    Now Pharmeasy blames the person for not delivering the medicines and the courier service blames Pharmeasy that they have given some odd instructions.

                    Please file a case against Pharmeasy as harrassment and deceiving the customers as they are responsible for lady hospitalization.

                      I have been PharmEasy customer for last 3 years. For last 6 months, I have been observing, whenever I place an order for a list of medicines, I receive call from a sales guy. Caller introduces as doctor or pharmacist, I don't think they really are, as in our country doctors and pharmacists have better things to do. The sales guy suggests alternate medicines (guess, they have better margin for those) citing unavailability of original items.

                      I tell them to drop the items from the list and interestingly every time they end up delivering original ordered items.

                      This is more than annoying as it introduces delay in medicine delivery. You have no option but to take this sales call as without this they would not confirm shipment.

                      We all understand the need for promotions, but that should not cause delay in shipment of life saving drugs.

                        I have ordered my Anti-Diabetic Medicines on 19th April I was shown the delivery of 23rd April but till now medicines are not delivered yet. I am regularly taking follow ups since 23rd April 2022 daily they are give me false promise to deliver the medicines today evening.

                          PharmEasy easy customer registered number is [protected]. I enrolled for a diabetes management program, Diabetes 360, paid INR 499 for the same. Under this program, was entitled to get Free 3 months PharmEasy Plus membership. However, my benefits still not activated. Nobody is responding and taking responsibility. PharmEasy running fraud. I need the resolution as the earliest.

                              I had booked an appointment yesterday for a 8 to 9am slot for today that is 19th April. My name is Priya Warekar. I was given the number of the lab tech but she did not come to my place. I have repeatedly called and booked my complaint but there is no response. I have also made payments for the test.

                              This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour from such a reputed company. I am in mumbai only till sunday and after the test I need to take proper medical action. Do you guys realise the situation and what mess you have made. I want the test done today itself at any cost. Or else i will register a complaint under consumer court. This is absolute violation.

                                Iam receiving thier sms it is irrelevant and irrritaing to delete every day. consumer care or any other number doesn't connect at all to place this complaint or customer care email has not solved this issue.

                                  I ordered a healthcare product from PharmEasy and I0 received it. But the day after I received the same product again and when I was seeking for returning both the products as I don't needed both of them, their site is not working. I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible and I would be able to return both the product sooner and get my money back.

                                    Hi there,

                                    I have booked a comprehensive full body test for my father some days back. His blood and urine sample was taken on 6th April 2022 7 am by the assigned person. After this the reports needs to be generated and send to me in 24 hours but now they are sending me a blank PDF. I spoke to customer care team multiple times and they are still not resolving the issue.

                                    They are not answering if the test was even done or not.

                                    They have scammed me and done a fraud.l by looting our money and blood. They have also wasted lot of our time.

                                    They are not proving any timeline for the same. They person who was assigned to pick blood is also not answering. I really doubt on their ethics now.

                                    I want them to resolve this issue asap and serve an apology letter. Or else I would move to court.
