PharmEasy — delay in delivering medicine | |||
I have tried ordering medicines in medlife where it said that the delivery will be made by 30th december hence tried the same in pharmeasy to get the delivery earlier which is 29 december for a heart patient. Even during verification of the medicine prescription i have informed about patients condition. I have checked the status of delivery by29 dec and called the delivery boy mobile number provided over there but it was switched off hence i waited for some time and reached again which is in same condition again logged in app and got a landline number even that says the same. But later going that i was not available at location which is being a false communication and i was at home all day i have attached the screenshot of reaching the delivery boy late called customer support but their response made me more frustrating l have spoke with sakim and his supervisor sai prasath both we irresponsibility and responding in a type recorder way. If no action was taken then this will be published in social media and consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
