No doubt why this company has 1 rating. Extremely rude doctor Nivedita who called me this morning and threatened me that she will cancel my order. I have already uploaded my prescription with the order and she was shouting on the phone that I haven’t done so. I have also uploaded a picture for reference. Honestly she didn’t even sound like a doctor. I am pretty sure she is not even 12th pass and sounded like a compounder. I didn’t even bother to continue the conversation. Fire her to save your company for future complaints. These people just live paycheck to paycheck and will leave anytime to find a better opportunity but unfortunately nobody will hire her.
