My account with Pharmeasy is registered with number[protected] in the name of Swetha H K.
I had requested for couple of tests for my 2 of the family members along with the prescription that was uploaded in the App at the time of booking and it was for cash on delivery service.
In my absence my family members have fiven the sample to the appropriate person Mr. Ranjith and handeya over the cash of Rs. 2050 as informed by him.
Incomplete reports were update on 25 and my family members had travelled from Mysore only for the purpose of Consultation with a surgeon. And the patent is suffering from CKD.
25 being Sunday we awaited for the consulation till 26 and also we were unaware of incomplete reports and had a bad time with surgeon for waiting his time waiting for the reports for 2 hours after speaking to your customer care executive almost 5 person till 28.
I have got the test done outside for my brother and paid the amount and have finished my consultation. Which is a double waste of time money and absolute the carelessness of your staff members without knowinf the seriousness of the patent.
And the executive calls without going through the case properly.
I have been requested of refund of my money to the full extent.
Till now no one has reverted since two days.
