PharmEasy — Order[protected], minoxidil bottle seal broken and drained

I had got my medicine order[protected] for Mintop Forte. The outside package was fine, even the inside package of Mintop seemed fine. But to my shock, the minoxidil bottle inside the package had been punctured and minoxidil liquid has been drained out of it. I am not sure what kind of quality checks do these guys have in place? It is such a frustrating experience for me.

After sending the above mail there was no acknowledgement of error or wrongdoing, instead it was labelled as a damaged product and return for it was arranged.

This is a clear case of tampering with the medicines even before packing it! A strict action must be taken for it. I don't understand what quality control measures are at your end? How can I even trust you guys again? What if it is a critical medicine that has been tampered with? How can I be assured that there is actual medicine in the contents provided by you guys?
