I had placed an order with pharm easy and the order id is
[protected]. All medicines are for my Mother, and I have the prescription. The pharmacist cald me and informed me that I need to show him an oncology prescription without which he cannot provide me with folitrax 15 mg medicine. My mother has had rheumatoid arthritis since 2008 and she has been put on this medicine. From where will I get an oncology prescription? And why would I even think to go to an oncologist. And what prescription will the oncologist prescribe when my mother is a rheumatoid arthritis patient. In my rarest of thoughts, I would go to an oncologist. The pharmacist informed me this is as per the new update we need to provide an oncologist prescription as it seems this medicine is also used for oncology patients and denied giving the medicine without an oncologist prescription. I would prefer to go to a offline pharmacy and show them the prescription and get the medicine rather than seeing such rules. I would never go to an oncologist just to get a medicine prescribed by a rheumatologist. Attached is my mother's prescription. The medicine was urgent, and I was denied till I could produce an oncologist prescription. From where will I produce an oncology prescription? I would not even want to think that I need to go to an oncologist. I kept requesting the pharmacist to see the rheumatoid arthritis prescription, but he demanded an oncology prescription without which he was not ready to give the medicine. I would prefer not to take service from the pharmacy anymore and share my worst experience with my friends and family. I would rather prefer going to the pharmacies offline.
