I had ordered medicines from pharmeasy on 5th november 2019 (Order no:m[protected] and the payment was done via netbanking.
On 8th november, i got notified that the product is "out for delivery" and soon afterwards i receive a message stating that "the product has been delivered" and i was baffled because, not only was i not contacted by the courier person regarding the medicine delivery nor did i ever receive my medicines!
I immediately contacted the customer care and they asked me to give them some time to resolve this matter and to know what went wrong with the delivery. I waited for 2 days, still there was no response from the customer care team, and so, i call them up again, and this time i was told by a rather rude customer care executive that the product was handed over to me by the courier person and that the courier company has my "fake" signature to prove the authenticity of their "delivery". I told the customer care executive that it's a clear case of forged signature and to please escalate this matter to the authorities. It's been 8 days now and i have been calling up their customer care team every. Single. Day and still i don't have my my medicines nor the refund!
This company and their whole customer care support system is a joke! I have all the necessary evidence to prove that i never received my product (Including my call details and my signature, id everything). Still, all my pleas have fallen on deaf ears! I have shared my story with all of my friends and family, and with me being a medical student, i think i can reach out to more people to help them avoid falling victim to this online scamming company.
