We have purchesed one philips led 40pfl3750 through your chennai dealer Vasanth & co ullagaram chennai 600091 on 09 july 2016 they delivered the tv the model was 40 pfl 5059/v7 we asked our model 40pfl3750 again today they delivered 40pfl 3750 through their staff when they given connection it was dead tv no any picture nor sound. Our familiy members very much upset on your philips model when we approched the dealer they asked to give letter to change tv/.
