I have ordered Sony Xperia C4 on 5th June 2019 and did online payment of Rs.2550 through debit card and I payed this by getting debt from my friend. I didn't have any email updates about my order status but they contacted me on the next day that I ll receive my order on 10th June 2019. I didn't receive my order and I want my money to be refunded to me as soon as possible.

Mera order number [protected] jo ki phoneskart.in se book hua h mujhe cancel karna hai or money mere account me chahiye but koi service number nhi h to order cancel karna h

I have paid 3999 rd for speria notch XR after reading this I have doubt about this complaint as I send massage to the website for refund I didnt get any message regarding this I request that I need refund and strictly ban this website pay money through my debit card and take quickly action against it ...pls...
