I am recived 3 combo shirts, this sharts very damaged and full stained cloths, please tell me and help me how to return this items and refund my amount.

I booked a few items from M/s. Bidyanath on 3012020 vide their order no.1104167_20120219 and tracking no.[protected]. I have still not received the items and on tracking it shows that the items have been returned to the company due to damaged packing. I have contacted the company authorities over phone thrice but still no action ahas been taken.

I buy high led light torch but this is not good as the company said so I want to return this...

I have placed my order on 13/12/2020 on vestige best. Deal that is to be delivered from pickrr in 3 to 4 days, but not yet delivered. My order tracking id. Is[protected].

I wanted to cancel order which ordered by my name. But there is no option to cancel such order. Please arrange a call asap otherwise I’m going to legally complain on it.

Sir, through the online advertisement of pickrr.com on you tube i booked 3 shirts which was cash on delivery. Dilevry of the product was given to me by Ecomm Express curier on 14.12.2020 at 10:30 am and paid Rs 1100 / - in cash to the delivery boy. After that when the packet was opened by me, the product sent from the product shown in the advertisement was found completely different and shoddy and dusty. To get back to me, I contacted the assistant of the pickrr company through massanger app. When I asked him the option of online return, he was told that the return address above the packet is returned to him. But they did not respond to my refund responsibility. The description of the product sent is as follows. The product is customer id- # 24463, MAP ID[protected], Tracking Id[protected]. Sir, please return the money to the applicant for a refund of Rs 1099 / - by returning the above product. Thank you.

Wrong product delivered... i'm so much angry with this dirty products so please refund my money and take this product immediately...

I purchased a torch Rs999 very bad quality please refund it

I have ordered one item (item name mentioned above) and received the wrong one. I selected the payment mode is cash on delivery. Item delivered on 16/12/20 and I paid through Google pay amount is 1799rs.
While opening the parcel, we found that the item received is different from what i ordered.
Immediately I tried to reach the number which given in message received from ECOMMEXPRESS but I unable to reach the phone number. Also I searched the contact details related to return of this item in WALTRZ website but there is no contact details given in website. I don’t know how to return my item to get my amount back.

Hi,

I had purchased an item from My Dream Store and received an SMS today Pickrr would attempt delivery of my item.
The item was not delivered to me but the tracking link is updated "Order Delivered".
My tracking ID is[protected].
The Delivery Executive did not even attempt to contact me via call/sms/email.
This is unacceptable and I need immediate action taken on this please.
