Sir, through the online advertisement of pickrr.com on facebook i booked 3 shirts which was cash on delivery. Dilevry of the product was given to me by Ecomm Express curier on 12.12.2020 at 12.30 pm and paid Rs 1100 / - in cash to the delivery boy. After that when the packet was opened by me, the product sent from the product shown in the advertisement was found completely different and shoddy and dusty. To get back to me, I contacted the assistant of the pickrr company through massanger app. When I asked him the option of online return, he was told that the return address above the packet is returned to him. But they did not respond to my refund responsibility. The description of the product sent is as follows. The product is customer id- # 47827, MAP ID[protected], Tracking Id[protected]. Sir, please return the money to the applicant for a refund of Rs 1099 / - by returning the above product. Thank you
