[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — deducted money but didn't delivered the order | |||
I ordered pizza and pepsi from zomato to pizza hut on 12 september at 10:07pm Order is placed and verification code is received on my number. Made online payment through net banking. Payment done successfully but didn't delivered order. I then called the pizza hut several times and they said order was dispatched 30 minutes ago but didn't delivered to me. They didn't delivered and didn't refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

The pasta ordered is under cooked and on complaint staff rudely said ‘this is what we Have khana h to khao ‘.and manager was also not present and I asked for customer feedback form they hand over a plane copy to write .whose pages can easily be formed. Never going to Pizza Hut ever.
