Pizza Hut India — Delayed delivery by 2 hours still store has not initiated refund | |||||
I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, Arena Mall, Mahadevpura on 5th July 2016 using mobile number [protected] and it was delivered with 2.5 hrs delay which was obviously unacceptable. As I had paid via online I called up the customer care and asked for refund for which he connected me to store Manager Srini and he assured that it will be refunded in 10 days. I waited till 15th July nothing happened, so I called the customer care again and this time your representative said he will call me back and update. Its 25th july today 20 days past my order date and I have not received any refund till date. You people want me to leave all my work and chase behind you guys for refund ? This is utter mental harassment as I keep on thinking whether I will get refund or not. I now not only need refund but compensation as well for wasting so much of my precious time behind it and giving me mental tension unnecessarily because of your failures.
