I made an online pizza order amount got debited but order was not confirmed dated 1 jan 23.
As order was not confirmed so i have to make another payment which was successful with order id
10196964
My issue is plz refund earlier unsuccessful payment. I have called customer care but cc making me fool by saying amount will get refunded automatically. How amount will refund automatically when the payment is successful and gpay has advised me to contact pizzahut as payment already deducted. Plz find attached the screen shot o[censored]pi payment. I even sent the email to [protected]@yum.com, i have also posted on their fb messenger link but now from 48 hours pizzhut is saying wait for 21 business days. As per FAQ on pizzhut website in such cases customer need to call customer care no [protected] then lodge a complaint and then wait for 21 days but here when i called customer care and requested to register complaint executive denied completely same in fb messenger pizzhut is not ready to register the complaint. Many people facing same issue i think its systematic fraud to loot the peoples.
