Dear Pizza Hut, i did not receive any resolution/not received call / not received communication from your side.. in the previous complaint you asked me to share detail on the FB link, I shared all detail there and also did a follow-up but I think I got some response like "will provide update very soon etc." More than one month passed..seems I m getting a response from BOT from FB link. Although I shared all details with time and caption subject ticket no, if you not interested in providing fair resolution please convey the same i will not do follow-up, and please do not mark this request as resolved without communication.

Dear all users, May I know if someone get a resolution from the Pizza Hut resolution team..As per my experience, they are making fun of the customer concerns.. Please, someone, update if they get any answer after the details are shared on Pizza Hut FB link.

    A person named Sachin called from no. [protected] and refused to deliver at the following address - Flat 102, Tower 24, DDA flats, CWG village, Behind Akshardham temple, Delhi. He said that he would cancel the order. He said that I have to place order through Swiggy or Zomato. But he did not cancel the order till 6:57 which was the scheduled delivery time. Because of this I was not able to place another order. I also have not received my refund. I called person named Sachin called from no. [protected]. He did not pickedup calls. The hotline no. [protected] said there will be delivery. But this Sachin guy misbehaved over the phone. time is 21:05 pm. I have not still got my order. I need ny refund and compensation for harassment

      I have purchased 4 pizzas vide Inv, No. P[protected] from Dhakoli outlet, in Zirakpur Punjab on 25.12.2022 at 19.11 Hrs. I keep getting vouchers from SBI card for purchase from your outlets, but every time your product quality is getting poorer. The order was for Pizzas, but what is served was thick pizza bread base with minimal cheese topping. The hygiene was so poor that there was a hair in one of the Pizza. The number mentioned on bill i.e., [protected] was found to be switched off and matter couldn't be reported to them. Visiting your outlets in Zirakpur, Manimajra has always been a disappointing experience. The quality of your Pizzas is pathetic and now the hygiene has also gone. Further the outlet doesn't refund the remaining amount of the voucher but when amount exceeds the order, promptly ask for the payment. This overcharging shows the cheating character of your franchise.

        Hi, I made an order of Rs 492.46 at the Pizza hut outlet in kengeri satellite town, bengaluru, 560060 on 27/11/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 984.92 was deducted. I got credited with Rs 492.46 of first payment instantly but the rest money has not been credited till now.
        Please refund the money as soon as possible.

          Hi, I made an order of Rs 250.95 at the Pizza hut outlet in Pavilion Mall Ludhiana on 15/07/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to "Response time issues". I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 250.95 + Rs 250.95 was deducted with PTRN nos: 66279189 and 66278828. I was in touch with a person at the outlet who assured me that money would be back in my account within 14-21 working days which didn't happen.

          Refund my amount.

                Charged 50 rs for a single 1 liter water bottle

                Yesterday I went to Pizza Hut and ordered a Pizza and obviously a water bottle but by seeing the price of the water bottle I was baffled! It was literally 50rs for a 1 liter bottle and the bottle company is AQUAVESS which is usually not available in the market. I really want a quick response from Pizza Hut !! Why you are charging 50 rs for a 1 liter water bottle ??...

                I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut. I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in Pondicherry (Providence Mall) more than 3 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is some problem with tie up with sbi & Pizza Hut. And they refuse to redeem the Vouchers.
                Please resolve my compliant ASAP.

                  I was trying to order the pizza from pizza hut app. I added the pizzas to the card, proceed to the payment step using UPI method (GPay), the money was deducted from the bank but when i returned to pizza hut app order was not placed and the cart was empty.

                    Does anyone please confirm how much time Pizza hut takes to provide the resolution? Shared all the required info and it's been close to 3 weeks but no concrete response. If the resolution team not taking care then to whom we can raise our concerns...

                    I have been asked to share detailed concerns on FB messenger like, is there any other social media link where I can raise concerns? For 3 weeks I m getting one response like "Looking into the issue"...

                    Now, I can say: As part of quality product, on-time delivery & provide resolution Dominos is much much better...

                    Company asked me to share details on providing FB messenger link. I shared all requested details with the issue description in detail. Since then I m following for my concern, and every time I got a response like "will get back to soon" seems like making fun with customers. I did not receive any call from the store or from any customer care team. You can get all details from my order no 11968828 and ticket no T4712411222 which is provided.. I can also create a video of a long follow-up with the customer care team and can share it here. Please let me know if this is required.

                        I ordered a pizza from the pizzahut app. I checkout from my cart and paid through PhonePe UPI . The payment was successful but when I returned to the app, it showed there were no orders. I didn't got any pizza and neither my is refunded. Please help.

                          I have placed order for two medium pizzas on Dec 9th at 2.03pm and estimated delivery time was 2.33pm. I got confirmation mail, so I waited till 2.40 and called the number mentioned in mail I was told my complaint will be escalated to store and store person will call me. But no one called and I tried calling store but no one picked. Twice I called toll free but they too couldn't help me as they too were unable to connect with store. Pathetic, unreliable service!!

                            I had placed order on Dec 9th at 2.03pm and which was to be delivered by 2.33pm. about when it was not delivered I tried calling the number given in my confirmation mail and they informed me they will pass the message to store and the store will update about the delivery. But as no one called I tried calling store but it was not answered so again I tried calling toll free number. But even they were unable to connect with store. With no update I had no option but to wait as while tracking my order it was showing my order is getting packed. Till next day it was same. Pathetic and unreliable service!!

                                Dear Team,

                                My family had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut, Pragati Nagar, Hyderabad outlet.

                                Firstly, we noticed the cutting of all veg AND non-veg pizzas and food items by the same cutter. This violates our beliefs of sticking to veg and is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

                                Secondly, we were served less than half the box filled for Cheesy Mushrooms and that too without a hint of mushrooms in the dish, which was 199 in price but the way we were served, it felt as if we had paid less than 50 rupees at a foothpath eatery.

                                Thirdly, it was hot inside. I don't think the staff even cared to put the AC on.

                                Fourth, we ordered Cheesy Momo Mia Pizza Veg and AFTER ordering, we get to know that it's not available? I understand if a particular item runs out on some day but the great part is that the staff wasn't even aware of this non-availability in their own outlet.

                                Fifth, we saw hardly 2-3 people working at the store. Due to this pathetically low manpower, there was a good waiting time due to which the food was getting cold while being actually served out RIGHT OUTSIDE the oven.

                                Lastly, I want to convey our overall seriously pathetic and unsatisfactory experience today. Not sure if Pizza Hut, which used to be a brand sometime in the past, even gives two cents for its customers anymore. I hope you are aware of how your competitors are doing really good in the markets right now. Looking forward to serious amends being made on your side or expect this to be escalated on extremely serious levels, let aside our sentiments been hurt already.
