    My name is Aslam Asharaf, Worked as a team member in pizzahut kakkanad, but they didn't gave my salary why they behave like this, our store manager who named Rahul very fraud behaviour he tell us get salary of October will get November 1 and on November 1st he tell us salary will be credited on December 1st and he promised us that . Before December 1 St he transferred from that store didn't answer our calls

      I ordered from pizza hut and did the payment through google pay app. the money was successfully debited from my account but the order was not placed. i was inside the pizza hut store and had ordered the pizza from the store itself.
      then i had to reorder the order and had to pay the same amount again.
      please help me resolve this issue

        I tendered two vouchers of Rs. 250 each obtained by me by surrendering sbi credit card reward points at R S Puram Coimbatore Pizza Hut, for purchase of pizza . They informed me that these vouchers are not accepted, even though it had validity upto April 2023.

          Most pathetic service attitude! I had ordered for pizza for my daughter and friends at 9:00pm is on 4th jan 2023 via the website (Pizza Hut - Vytilla, Kochi, Kerala, India) and we received the food at 11:10pm (after multiple calls to all and sundry!!!) Order number[protected] the Call centre doesn’t help ... and the Branch store manager’s contact number given by the call centre is the wrong one!! The call centre tells to cancel the order if it’s too late coz they can’t get in touch with the branch themselves!! What kind of service complaint resolution is this?? What kind of service attitude? Is anyone even paying heed to the service levels??

              Yesterday I was visited Pizza Hut Barrackpore & It was a worst service ever by the outlet staffs. Pizza hut have 2 menu cards. 1 is for higher pricing pizzas & another is normal pricing. Only 1 menu card is kept on the billing counter and another one is kept under the billing counter.

              Whenever I walked away from the outlet they called me and said, this is the menu card for low pricing. That menu card is kept under the counter. Is it a service for the customers. And they stock me like I am a beggar.

                  Order no. which was ordered on 31/12/22 and didn't receive the order for which the payment was already done online yet the app showed your order has arrived. I went to the outlet and was advised they had ran out for stock for onions and mushrooms. Called the customer service regarding the complaint and was promised a call back but didn't receive any instead was kept on hold for almost 2 hours.

                        It's an complaint regarding the refund for the double payment due to the pizza huts double payment due to servers issues on their UPI I'd ...they said that it will be refunded back in 30 minutes but still havent came as its been a day now...the first payment was successful from my Paytm but the machine of swipe didn't receive the payment so they told me to do again with different UPI I'd for the reason of last payment will be refunded back automatically

                          Dear Pizza Hut, i did not receive any resolution/not received call / not received communication from your side.. in the previous complaint you asked me to share detail on the FB link, I shared all detail there and also did a follow-up but I think I got some response like "will provide update very soon etc." More than one month passed..seems I m getting a response from BOT from FB link. Although I shared all details with time and caption subject ticket no, if you not interested in providing fair resolution please convey the same i will not do follow-up, and please do not mark this request as resolved without communication.

                          Dear all users, May I know if someone get a resolution from the Pizza Hut resolution team..As per my experience, they are making fun of the customer concerns.. Please, someone, update if they get any answer after the details are shared on Pizza Hut FB link.

                            A person named Sachin called from no. [protected] and refused to deliver at the following address - Flat 102, Tower 24, DDA flats, CWG village, Behind Akshardham temple, Delhi. He said that he would cancel the order. He said that I have to place order through Swiggy or Zomato. But he did not cancel the order till 6:57 which was the scheduled delivery time. Because of this I was not able to place another order. I also have not received my refund. I called person named Sachin called from no. [protected]. He did not pickedup calls. The hotline no. [protected] said there will be delivery. But this Sachin guy misbehaved over the phone. time is 21:05 pm. I have not still got my order. I need ny refund and compensation for harassment

                              I have purchased 4 pizzas vide Inv, No. P[protected] from Dhakoli outlet, in Zirakpur Punjab on 25.12.2022 at 19.11 Hrs. I keep getting vouchers from SBI card for purchase from your outlets, but every time your product quality is getting poorer. The order was for Pizzas, but what is served was thick pizza bread base with minimal cheese topping. The hygiene was so poor that there was a hair in one of the Pizza. The number mentioned on bill i.e., [protected] was found to be switched off and matter couldn't be reported to them. Visiting your outlets in Zirakpur, Manimajra has always been a disappointing experience. The quality of your Pizzas is pathetic and now the hygiene has also gone. Further the outlet doesn't refund the remaining amount of the voucher but when amount exceeds the order, promptly ask for the payment. This overcharging shows the cheating character of your franchise.

                                Hi, I made an order of Rs 492.46 at the Pizza hut outlet in kengeri satellite town, bengaluru, 560060 on 27/11/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 984.92 was deducted. I got credited with Rs 492.46 of first payment instantly but the rest money has not been credited till now.
                                Please refund the money as soon as possible.

I was in touch with a person at the outlet who assured me that money would be back in my account within 14-21 working days which didn't happen.
