Pizza Hut India — Not received pizza for paid money and no refund also

I booked one pizza online and make the payment through netbanking on 25th june 2017 for which i dint get any order id. But got a conformation from my sbi bank that the money has been transacted this is msg (Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabnrmwb3 for rs.259.08 on 25-jun-17 20:53) when i called to pizza hut for inquire they told me that they did not received any order for me. They asked me to wait for 10 working days. it is very sad to know after paying for the order u still dont get the pizza or the money back immediately

On 23 Jun 2024, I ordered, on line, a couple of pizzas from Pizza Hut at around 7.40 pm, for home delivery. The payment was made by me through Paytm and I got the confirmation from the bank. UPI No for the transaction:[protected] refers.
The pizzas never arrived for next one hour. When I rang up to check the status, I was told that neither my order nor the payment has been received and in case I still need the pizza I will have to place a fresh order and payment. I was also informed that my payment done through Paytm would get refunded within 48 hours. I had no option but to place another order, which I did through the Pizza Hut executive, against COD.
Waited for another 45 mins but the pizza did not arrive. On enquiry I was told that it would be arriving soon. Incidentally, the Pizza Hut outlet at Sector 23A, Gurgaon is about 2 Km from my house. After a few more calls, I finally received the pizza after 2 hours of initial order, for which I again paid.
I wrote to the MD but no response. Is Pizza Hut closing down? - Col Dalal
