Order no. 9451122 Ordered online for wednesday offer making debit card payment. Received msg stating "your order will be delivered shortly". I was under impression that someone will call for delivery. When it' was more than half an hour, i called them n was informed them that it is pick up and will take another half an hour for delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. They confirmed me of cancelling the order and refund to my account. I have spoken to 3 people on [protected] and was confirmed order will be cancelled. I didn't receive any cancellation confirmation. I want refund of my rs. 556.52 to my account against order no. 9451122 Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (10)

Worst service. We order pizza for dinner on 31 Dec . The delivery time they showed was 9:30pm but till 11:30 we have not received the pizza. Really worst service... It's better to oder local restaurants... Poor service and even jotvready to cancel order.. poor customer care. Order I'd was 13216524...

Hello Pizza Hut,

Request for the refund on the below two orders as it was not delivered.

Details:

1. Order # 14526796 : Rs 1623.30
2. Order # 16174782 : Rs 1623.30

By mistake, the order went to the wrong location (Pizza hut, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka) and it was confirmed that the person had canceled the order.

kindly refund at the earliest.
