[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Order was not placed but money was deducted

I was ordering from pizza hut at 12:59 PM on 3rd December 2021 via Paytm UPI. While making the payment, money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. As the order was not placed, I would like a full refund.

A representative from the company called for a screenshot of the payment made that was unsuccessful. I sent him the screenshot on his WhatsApp number.
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
