Pizza Hut India — Payment Made, Order Not Placed/Received - Refund Request - Akash Patel

I am writing to report an issue with an order I attempted to place yesterday evening (June 3 2025) through the Pizza Hut app.

I made a payment of ₹487 using Google Pay, and I have a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation. However, the order was not successful on your end. I did not receive an order confirmation, nor have I received the pizza. Additionally, I am unable to track any such order in the app.

Since the order was not successfully placed and I have not received any food, I kindly request a full refund of ₹487.

I have attached the payment screenshot for your reference.

Please investigate this matter urgently and process my refund as soon as possible.
