I am writing to request an update regarding a refund for an order I placed on 5th May 2025, which was unfortunately cancelled by the store. The payment for the order was made via UPI worth Rs.433 at the time of placing the order.

Upon contacting your customer care team earlier, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7 working days. However, as of today, it has been more than 7 working days (excluding weekends),...

They receive the order but consistently fail to deliver on time.
I placed my order at 3 PM, and after confirming it, they called to inform me that they didn't have a rider available, so the delivery would be delayed until 6 PM.
This isn’t the first time—it’s become a recurring issue.
This needs to be addressed and strict action should be taken to ensure timely deliveries.

I ordered 2 pizzas and made payment of Rs. 324.45 and got it deducted from my bank account, but I have not received confirmation on my email or mobile.

I have ordered (order no[protected] pizzas on 26 th feb 2025 on pizzahut website. Order amount was 540 INR. The order was not delivered and subsequently came to know from pizzahut customer support that the store cancelled the order.

Despite of following up with them many times and follow up the amount 540 INR is not refunded.

It takes an hour to reach them on phone and to emails they are not responding. br...

I order two pastas from pizza hut and it's been more than 2 hours but my order has not been delivered. I am not even able to connect to the restaurant and delivery partner as their numbers are unreachable. Its showing 7 mins delay and the restaurant has yet to confirm the order even though the food was prepared and packed. I called pizza hut as well but they said you should contact ola customer support but there is no way to reach out to them for this on app. I am very disappointed with both ola and pizza hut

I have placed a order for pizza on 3rd jan 2025 with order no 10060712 worth rs.517, the order was cancelled from store end and tilldate the refund is not provided inspite of multiple reminders to call centre and thru facebook .

Every time they say is they are looking into the matter and will resolve it . But it has been more than a month ans still it is not resolve....

We not get the pizza even though we pay through gpay.

The pizza i recived had half of the toppings off fallen on the box it was in a disastrous state. It was also stale and i felt puking after eating. Delivery partner called 7 times. Other pizza had toppings missing. Nawabi murg pizza had toppings spilt and awesome american had missing toppings the sauce. Base was stale....

However, due to an apparent app error, the order was mistakenly processed as a takeaway from the Janpath outlet, located nearly 9 km from my residence. Realizing this, I immediately contacted the Janpath outlet, where the staff assured me that the order would be canceled, and I would receive a full refund within 24 hours. Despite this verbal assurance, I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple follow-up attempts have yielded no resolution, causing unnecessary financial strain and significant inconvenience. Hi, about 10 days ago, I ordered a pizza through the Pizza Hut app at Forum Mall, Konankunte Cross, Bengaluru. Although the payment went through successfully, the order didn’t register in the app, and the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted customer care right away, and they assured me the refund would be processed within 3-4 business days. However, I haven’t received any refund yet, and despite multiple follow-ups, customer care continues to say the refund is ‘initiated.’ It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven't received my money. Could someone please help with this?

It is a very pathetic experience for the service given by you in regards to order 16659121. My order is already delayed a lot and still not delivered.

I would like to escalate this issue to the highest authority and would like to have a refund against this order.

I would never ever order from you again.

I made a payment of ₹600 at pizza hut, but the money got deducted yet the order wasn't placed. Rhe money hasn't been refunded to my account yet. Worst service ever....

Very pathetic service by Pizza hut. 30 minutes after placing the order from Pizza Hut Delivery app, store person called me saying that they dont have delivery partners so order cannot be delivered. They told me that they will cancel the order from their end but that order is no longer visible in the pizza hut app. Shameful service. Never had any such problems with other pizza brands.
