Stale half toppings missing unedible pizza delivered

Address: Saharaganj mall, Hazratganj,Lucknow

The pizza i recived had half of the toppings off fallen on the box it was in a disastrous state. It was also stale and i felt puking after eating. Delivery partner called 7 times. Other pizza had toppings missing. Nawabi murg pizza had toppings spilt and awesome american had missing toppings the sauce. Base was stale....

On[protected], I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for Rs. 589, expecting home delivery. However, due to an apparent app error, the order was mistakenly processed as a takeaway from the Janpath outlet, located nearly 9 km from my residence. Realizing this, I immediately contacted the Janpath outlet, where the staff assured me that the order would be canceled, and I would receive a full refund within 24 hours. Despite this verbal assurance, I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple follow-up attempts have yielded no resolution, causing unnecessary financial strain and significant inconvenience. This experience has not only breached my trust but also raised concerns about Pizza Hut’s commitment to honoring customer support and service expectations. I am requesting an immediate refund of Rs. 589 for this unfulfilled order and compensation for the inconvenience caused by this issue. I trust that Pizza Hut will take responsibility and resolve this matter without further delay, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction and accountability.

    Hi, about 10 days ago, I ordered a pizza through the Pizza Hut app at Forum Mall, Konankunte Cross, Bengaluru. Although the payment went through successfully, the order didn’t register in the app, and the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted customer care right away, and they assured me the refund would be processed within 3-4 business days. However, I haven’t received any refund yet, and despite multiple follow-ups, customer care continues to say the refund is ‘initiated.’ It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven't received my money. Could someone please help with this?

      Payment done but order not registered

      I made a payment of ₹600 at pizza hut, but the money got deducted yet the order wasn't placed. Rhe money hasn't been refunded to my account yet. Worst service ever....

        I ordered pizza from pizza hut goel ganga sinhgad road pune through their app on sunday at 8.15 pm
        The order was confirmed and payment was done online
        The app displayed 'your order is ready for delivery' at 8.45 pm
        The order was not delivered till 10.15 pm
        When contacted your customer care his response was 'i do not have any delivery person' and your order can not be delivered
        I cancelled the order then and there and asked for refund
        Which i have not received yet
        I am surprised at the irresponsible way your delivery outlet behaved in this matter
        My order was ready by 8.45 pm probably sitting at your counter and your outlet did not inform me for one and half hour
        This is how responsible you are
        You just lost one of your customer
        This insidence will be posted on social media also

          Complaint Date : 24th July 2024.

          I have placed an order for Rs. 349.66 with an order ID 17254207 on 09th July 2024.
          The order was cancelled from stores side mentioning the reason of delivery partner demand.
          They assured that the refund will be done within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
          I did wait till date but the refund is not yet done.
          When i contacted pizza hut customer care, they simply raise a complaint and informing that the stores will contact me within 24 hours to solve this issue. But no one calls me.
          One customer care executive said, the amount was refunded two days back.
          Another customer care executive said they dont have option to check whether the amount was refunded or not.
          I dont know which is true. Why this much of complications are there.

          I am exhausted of contacting customer care and get no information. Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my refund back at the earliest.

          My money is kept unnecessarily with pizza hut for no reason. and with no interest..

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              Last evening I had ordered for pizzas using the Pizza Hut website and my order number is 14991095 . The pizza was suppose to come from the Adyar Outlet in Chennai. I had provided the full mailing address as address of delivery ...for nearly 45 min the website kept showing that order is ready for delivery . I also got an email saying the expected time of delivery is 6:17pm. At 6:23pm I got a call from the delivery guy he did not know the address and started fighting with me for not providing the correct location. Then told me that unless I dont update the location in Zomato website he would not deliver. Since I had not used Zomato website to place the order that was not possible. I called customer service and they said someone from Adyar branch will call us back. But no one did. I had already paid for it
              I tried to physically go to the shop to inform but got stuck in traffic. Meanwhile after nearly 1.5 hours o[censored]s ordering the guy delivered the pizza. The pizza was cold and the cheese on it was smelling post consuming my child started vomiting and now had diarrhoea.
              I am definitely concerned about poor response from the pizza hut outlet as well the poor quality of food and the attitude of the delivery guy.
              I have eaten food from Pizza hut before in US and have never placed any problem in their quality or anything.
              Typically in India I order from Dominoes and they do a good job. This is the first time but after this I doubt if I would feel like ordering again from here.
              I hope my issues are addressed and pizza hut takes necessary action

                I had ordered pizza on 21st May 2024 at 9:15 pm from the pizza Hut app at Korum Mall, Thane, Maharashtra outlet, I received a call from the driver at 10:45 that he has picked up my order. Between the 1.5 hr period I tried to contact Pizza Hut but no response. Once I received the call from the driver I immediately cancelled my order and again called the customer care to refund it. The guy on the phone lied through his teeth and told me my refund is initiated and I will receive it within one week. After a week they told me to wait. After waiting for a month I called again and they were trying to tell me the same. I didn't listen this time and then they gave me multiple numbers to call where everybody wasted my time. Finally I got the right number but still haven't received no refund yet

                  I placed an order for which I paid via Paytm and the amount was deducted from my account at the same time
                  But the app shows that the payment is pending
                  And now I have paid for an order which they've not even recieved
                  I want a full refund
                  They're not even responding to my queries
                  I need help

                      I have ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut on 28th April 2024 via Zomato App from Central Plaza Gurgaon, when i recieved it was almost cold. When we started having Pizza we suddenly found some unconsumable particle in food which was PLASTIC .We quickly thrown that piece and taken before that took pictures for proof. I was started having chest pain and vomiting . we Consulted our doctor and took medical treatment. I raised complaint to zomato and pizza hut. Surprisingly Zomato just offered me 2000 as compensation which i denied and Pizza Hut offered 1500rs voucher saying that PLEASE DON'T COMPLAINT ELSE WE CAN BE FIRED INSTEAD TAKE VOUCHER AND HAVE PIZZA . I was surprised how one can have same thing which cause me mental and health trauma. I sent notice on that Pizza Hut oddered, me 10k as compensation and later denied that i filed wrong complaint. I was surprise how OUR HEALTH IS BEING COMPROMISED.

                        Ordered pizza on 30th may 2024, it was my bday and I had my friends come over. I ordered pizza at 11:44 am but received the same on 1:15 pm. Not only it was above your 30 mins policy but it was 1 hr and 30 mins late. I invited 10 people and ordered from many other places as per their wishes they all delivered from 25 mins. to 40 mins. My friends did not have much time so they left for work. I was totally devastated that too on my bday. Who is going to redeem me for all the pain that I felt that too on my special day?

                        Apart from that when I received the order the pizza was i cannot explain what kind of pizza was it, I have never seen such abomination ever before. So along with my friends having bad experience, your pizza gave me another reason to be sad on my birthday. Along with pizza your other products were not same as what you offer in your promotion.
                        I contacted the restaurant and even wrote an email to [protected]@yum.com but there has been no response ever since.
                        I don't know whether i will get resolution or not but I want a full refund.

                            I have ordered Pizza at 10.11 P.M from Pizza Hut through Swiggy in Pune and didn't receive the pizza after 4 long hours too and they keep on saying that you will shortly get your order but i was unable to get it from them. they also changed the timer and it had showing 11 minutes then when it came to 5 minutes remaining, they used to reset it to again 11 then later it became 18 minutes then so and it was started from 9 minutes waiting. I want to say that i ordered, they accepted if they had any issue, they could have let me know earlier or else they should have cancelled my order, but they didn't do any such instead if we would have cancelled, they would have charged us or blocked us. I want to highlight that they have harassed and kept me on fast without my will and i had to order from Zomato to fill up my tummy from whatever i got. if they would have told me earlier that the restaurant is closed and please cancel the order i would have tried some other options. but they asked me to cancel when many normal hotels were closed. I find this has been done on a purpose to harass me by the employee of Swiggy or by the employee of Pizza Hut. I want a severe action against them as they harassed me and kept me waiting and kept me on fast without my wish. My order No.#[protected] dated[protected] at 10.11 P.M not got delivered and they kept me waiting till i exhausted my options. I have other screen shots of the same.
                            Request your kind support for immediate action against these people who do it purposely for their entertainment and the company gets blamed. If no action is still taken on them, i will file a court case too and mention that i haven't got the support from the consumer forum also if i didn't get the responses and action against them soon.

                                His regards a bulk co-operate order given by me for my team member dated 21/01/2024 time 14.14.On the day of order I have clearly told to share the invoice copy on email but the team at the Andheri east store have not done the same.
                                They have provided me the hard copy, But due to my travel plan abroad on official trip could not claim the amount for the order, Since I am back to the country the invoice copy is faded and is not visible, Due to this the claim has been rejected. Several visit to Andheri Easy out asking for duplicate copy. The team at the store is unable to do so.

                                They have provided me the Area Manger Number and Name Akshay connecting to him several time he is unable to help me out for the same.

                                Giving a reason that our system has been updated and facing an error and data has vanish and we could not help for it.

                                Just don't understand getting a simple invoice copy is such huge pain for the team. Which spoiling the entire image of the brand in the Market.

                                  I ahd placed an order on their website on 12th May 2024. However the outlet to deliver was a far away one. So me over a conference call with the store and their customer care mutually agreed to have the order cancelled. The store manager (Mr. ARMUGAM) assured me that the full amount will be refunded to me in 4 working days.
                                  Today 29th May it's still not done. When I call customer care they ask me to call the store. The store manager doesn't answer the calls any more. And my money is gone. I have been cheated. Please help

                                    On 18th May, I paid amount two times and they said payment failed one time. but my amount was debited 2 times. Even I complained many times but they just said I talked to technical team and they will call you. Also I am going to consumer care because of nobody resolve this issue.
