I have placed an order on pizza hut on 22nd may 2025. the payment was done through my UPI id and later it showed processing your payment few minutes later it showed your payment couldn't be processed and then my order didn't get placed also . now my money is stuck .the amount is 756 rupees. I tried calling the customer care number but they are not picking up....

I am writing to request an update regarding a refund for an order I placed on 5th May 2025, which was unfortunately cancelled by the store. The payment for the order was made via UPI worth Rs.433 at the time of placing the order.

Upon contacting your customer care team earlier, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7 working days. However, as of today, it has been more than 7 working days (excluding weekends),...

They receive the order but consistently fail to deliver on time.
I placed my order at 3 PM, and after confirming it, they called to inform me that they didn't have a rider available, so the delivery would be delayed until 6 PM.
This isn’t the first time—it’s become a recurring issue.
This needs to be addressed and strict action should be taken to ensure timely deliveries.

I ordered 2 pizzas and made payment of Rs. 324.45 and got it deducted from my bank account, but I have not received confirmation on my email or mobile.

Every time they say is they are looking into the matter and will resolve it. But it has been more than 2 month and still it is not resolve...

I have ordered (order no[protected] pizzas on 26 th feb 2025 on pizzahut website. Order amount was 540 INR. The order was not delivered and subsequently came to know from pizzahut customer support that the store cancelled the order.

Despite of following up with them many times and follow up the amount 540 INR is not refunded.

It takes an hour to reach them on phone and to emails they are not responding.
It is highly frustrating and request you to to take my complaint and help recover the amount.

I order two pastas from pizza hut and it's been more than 2 hours but my order has not been delivered. I am not even able to connect to the restaurant and delivery partner as their numbers are unreachable. Its showing 7 mins delay and the restaurant has yet to confirm the order even though the food was prepared and packed. I called pizza hut as well but they said you should contact ola customer support but there is no way to reach out to them for this on app. I am very disappointed with both ola and pizza hut

I have placed a order for pizza on 3rd jan 2025 with order no 10060712 worth rs.517, the order was cancelled from store end and tilldate the refund is not provided inspite of multiple reminders to call centre and thru facebook .

We not get the pizza even though we pay through gpay.

I have ordered Pizza and amount is debited and I have not received either pizza or my amount is debited back.
After amount debit, I haven't received confirmation/track order as well....

I ordered a collection then decided to order a second order the payment was taken but the order not placed I ordered a 3rd time and on collection the order said was being prepared but the cashier said both was in the bag on arriving home the second order was not there I tried calling with

I had ordered some items (as per the images below) and paid through Phone PE (attached below) . But now the order isn't showing and my payment has been deducted. Also, your Customer Care doesn't receive the call in their work hours. Disappointing Service.

The pizza i recived had half of the toppings off fallen on the box it was in a disastrous state. It was also stale and i felt puking after eating. Delivery partner called 7 times. Other pizza had toppings missing. Nawabi murg pizza had toppings spilt and awesome american had missing toppings the sauce. Base was stale.

On[protected], I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for Rs. 589, expecting home delivery. However, due to an apparent app error, the order was mistakenly processed as a takeaway from the Janpath outlet, located nearly 9 km from my residence. Realizing this, I immediately contacted the Janpath outlet, where the staff assured me that the order would be canceled, and I would receive a full refund within 24 hours. Despite this verbal assurance, I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple follow-up attempts have yielded no resolution, causing unnecessary financial strain and significant inconvenience. This experience has not only breached my trust but also raised concerns about Pizza Hut’s commitment to honoring customer support and service expectations. Hi, about 10 days ago, I ordered a pizza through the Pizza Hut app at Forum Mall, Konankunte Cross, Bengaluru. Although the payment went through successfully, the order didn’t register in the app, and the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted customer care right away, and they assured me the refund would be processed within 3-4 business days. However, I haven’t received any refund yet, and despite multiple follow-ups, customer care continues to say the refund is ‘initiated.’ It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven't received my money. Could someone please help with this?

It is a very pathetic experience for the service given by you in regards to order 16659121. My order is already delayed a lot and still not delivered.

I would like to escalate this issue to the highest authority and would like to have a refund against this order.

I would never ever order from you again.

I made a payment of ₹600 at pizza hut, but the money got deducted yet the order wasn't placed. Rhe money hasn't been refunded to my account yet. Worst service ever.
