Today ie 20/05/2023 I went to Pizza Hut Adarsh Nagar in Delhi, India. I ordered MAZEDAAR PANEER MAKHANI, personal size which had red capsicum, paneer and onion as main toppings. The women employee there had so non professional attitude, she served me pizza with green capsicum, when i called and asked her why didn't you put red capsicum?
She litreally smiled and said MAM, WO TO KHATAM HO GAYA HAI!(it's not available) .

Payment was deducted for the order worth Rs 4186 was not placed, called Pizza Hut’s call centre the agent said there was a technical error and refund will be issued in few days, this is not acceptable, it’s not a small amount and I need the resolution right away....

I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut. I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in pimpary chinchwad more than 3 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is technical issue in system.
I tried to contact sbi card but they say the codes are avalid and they can’t take any complaint. They ask me to try on different outlets. They are simply beating around the bush fooling customers....

I m really pissed of right now... From past 3 days i m getting message by vm - pizza hut regarding the give ur comments i have it for once now every minute on the clock u guys are text me same messages... Right now if i have to count there are uncountable message and same... And they start coming from 11:30 am and till mid night... If this doesn’t stop i swear i m gonna sue u, i m very serious about this...

They have served us mayonnaise instead of cheese in pizza. When we asked them the reason they said this is the standard.

I have ordered pizza from pizza hut before also but never disappointed like this. Total wastage of my money. Dominos is better than this at least they served their customers better....

Ordered online for wednesday offer making debit card payment. Received msg stating "your order will be delivered shortly". I was under impression that someone will call for delivery. When it' was more than half an hour, i called them n was informed them that it is pick up and will take another half an hour for delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. Hi, i ordered veg magic pan for 4 pizza and in two i got cheese and in 2 i got mayo on it. When i complained in the store they said it is liquid cheese, they think i am a fool. Mayo doesn't have cheese and when i said that they said what you will get in rs 299. This is the way they can treat, even they have not mentioned anywhere about ingredients this is totally unfair....
