Pizza Hut India — Refund not yet done inspiteof reminding multiple times

I am writing to request an update regarding a refund for an order I placed on 5th May 2025, which was unfortunately cancelled by the store. The payment for the order was made via UPI worth Rs.433 at the time of placing the order.

Upon contacting your customer care team earlier, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7 working days. However, as of today, it has been more than 7 working days (excluding weekends), and I have not yet received the refund.
