[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Late Delivery / Incomplete Order / Sauggy and cold Pizza

This mail was dropped on March 7th by getting an email id from Customer care of Pizza Hut on same day of Order booking From: Sandeep Mehra [mailto:[protected]@gmail.com] Sent: Friday, March 07, 2014 11:56 PM To: '[protected]@dil-rjcorp.com' Subject: Feedback of my Order from Mobile No.[protected] dt 7th March 2014 Dear Sir, This is to appraise you and give a feedback on one of the most unsatisfactory experience from Pizza Hut I placed an order over tel Number[protected] at 9.48 thru my Mobile no.[protected], Where I ordered for One Italiana Big Pizza and One Pepsi to be delivered to Sandeep Mehra Orchid 1410, Paramount Symphony Crossings Republik, NH-24 Ghaziabad - 201009 On me asking, about expected time of delivery, I was told that it will reach in 30 min which was fine However after 35 min when I reached customer care number to enquire the status of my Order, I was once again told that in next 5 min Pizza will delivered This was 10.27 Min However Finally I got a door bell ring at 10.35 and Deliver boy delivered One Big Pizza which was too cold to be eaten …He himself admitted the same and apologized for that But Sorry to say … He forgot to bring Pepsi which was ordered along with the Pizza ……… He once again went back & after 10-12 min brought One Diet Pepsi, , ( God Knows who gave an order for Diet Pepsi ) Sir, You can understand amidst this what could have been the status of Pizza … Finally I opened the Box and saw, Pizza was not at all eatable as too cold … being bread it was very difficult to chew .. Anyhow We could eat and finish as it was from my hard earned money which I paid to the boy Few Snapshot which I have taken of the Pizza is attached for your reference I need an answer from you ….. Is this the delivery status of Pizza hut You say .. “ We belive in Quality .. which was missing in my order” Very Very Sad experience from PHD, Infact entire my plan to have a Pizza with my family got spoiled .
