[Resolved] Poorvika Mobile — Phone purchased didn't get delivered | |||||
We purchased a mobile online from "http://www.poorvikamobile.com" on april 05, 2017, please find attached online payment receipt copy. As per there post they promise us to delivering it from april 08 2017. But we have not received it yet. The order number is 51139. When we reached out to them they gave us tracking code of aramex #[protected] (https://www.aramex.com/track/shipment-details?q=c2hpcG1lbnRJZD00NzA3MjYxMTYm-vNjXni952M0%3d). In first status it said payment not ready. They never contacted my friend then how can the status is payment not ready. Secondly, we made online payment why should i have this status. The delivery address we gave is my friend office address. They say they delivered it on friday but the office was close on occasion of good friday. We have never received the phone. When we reached poorvikamobile they say we need more time and we will let you know in 24 hours. Now they are saying that we have pod and we have delivered the phone. When i asked them if you have verified the photo id or do you have print of photo id they are saying no they don't have it. Please help us with this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
