[Resolved] Poorvika Mobile World — Unethical behaviour | |||||
I am a doctor by profession and had purchased a HPB -306 for my Samsung J 7 handset. It was not not charging at all.When i took it and showed it to the showroom they crosschecked and found that it was not working.. But i wanted some other company Powerbank, since any other fresh piece of Hangout was not working for J7 model. But manager and others r not ready for this . How many times i should keep visiting for this for no fault of mine and for an amount of Rs 1000, , I was ready to buy any other company Power bank by paying the difference amount inspite of me keeping the bill etc. This is a very bad response from your end and word of mouth can spoil Ur company reputation. Now I want a refund back, as I am not interested to buy any product from ur outlet. PLs reply at the earliest . Was this information helpful? | |||||
