[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Bad Customer service | |||
I purchased a phone is poorvika store and they made me to wait for 3 hrs. They first took the money and then they started to tell that process will not get approved and they need so and so document. Finally when everything was settled then the agent told he has to go to another store to get the model i wanted..again waited for 1 hr... The Bajaj finance person in the store was horrible...Their intensity is to make a sale..They did not even have the courtesy to give me a cup of water since i waited for 3 hrs...But the sales person went to have lunch when i was waiting. Expecting at least an apology form their side... The store is in Peravallur Chennai... Was this information helpful? | |||
