Poorvika Mobiles — Cancellation of the product

I have done an online purchase of vivo v60 in 19th April on order id ONL[protected]. 5 mins after cs called and told its undeliverable toy pincode 678688. Asked to cancel and did it myself in 10 mins. Assured the cancellation in 24 hours. And till now They are not confirming the cancellation or processing the refund.
