[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — complaining about poorvika staffs (moolakadai, chennai) | |||
Staffs are telling lies to buy a mobile and we feel that mobile is nice by their words. If we have complaint in mobile then the staffs don't even answer and poor response, don't buy mobile from poorvika showroom instead buy in online, staffs telling lies to customers and when we ask about the sales person who sold mobile to us, the other staffs will tell that the guy resigned his job, all are fraud poor poor service Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a mobile from your branch TNagar.
Night I bought the mobile, put in charge for 8hours next day was taken to use but camera was not working. I asked a mobile but your staff promoted this mobile with lies saying it has dedicated memory card slot, 3500mah battery etc butnothing was in it. Verymuch disappointed. That mrng time itself i reached the shop 19.11.2018 they got back the mobile asking me wait for 2days still no solution came. I wanted the money back highly escalating this issue. Resolve as soon as possible.
