I bought gionee a1 plus from poorvika mobiles pondicherry... They gave me a different color mobile and charged me 12500 but the actual cost is 9500 but they charged me 12500 and forced me to buy the mobile... I'm helpless now.. I want poorvika mobiles to take this mobile back and refund my money i paid... Poorvika is very worst service and involving in fraud activities...

Updated by Drgokul Raaj The mobile has issue and it's verified by the Authorized Gionee Service centre... Poorvika has cheated me and made me fool by selling old phones and they did not open the seal of the phone infront of me... Poorvika should be banned
