[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Giving false value for exchange mobiles and worst service | |||||
My name is Ms.Pritha. Yesterday I went to porvikha showroom at dharmapuri for exchanged my two mobiles and planned to purchase one basic keypad mobile for my father. I gave Samsung wave 525 and Samsung GT 2305 both are touch screen for exchange. First person told it will go for only 1000 rs. And second one said not for 1000 May be below 1000. Then finally concluded 500. I was in shock. But I was not familiar with mobile rates and all so I said ok. But in bill they didnt mention about mobiles which are taken for exchange they simply added 450 rs only for exchange. They made hurry to sign the invoice and after noticed the value in invoice and When I Enquired about that they said It's more than the normal rate. Usually funtioning handset can be taken for exchange.
As per the branch statement the display of wave was damaged so we unable to provide working handset exchange rates for broken devices.
Customer may bring any model for exchange so we unable to mention the model number for exchanges.

Why should they take my mobile when it's called not worth. Without consulting me they took decision.
Very Worst experience purvikha mobiles. Sales man doesn't have clear knowledge about mobiles who are working in these stores.
